Had issues wit a vehicle I purchased from them and was told to call back and they would do everything to make it right, well, talked to secretary and was told I would hear back from them,,,,, NOPE, could not get anyone on the line to help and NEVER GOT. a call back. Hyundai of Columbia is ONLY in it for the sale and money, zero concern for the buyer after the sale
Got off work early drove an hour one way to look at a vehicle that was listed at their location. Received 3 text messages from 3 different people claiming to work at Lake Norman Hyundai to confirm a test drive of this vehicle. When I arrived, the salesman says the car is in Kentucky at their sister dealership but could be shipped here. Test drive a similar vehicle and decided to make a deal on the one in Kentucky.
