Tuesday we took our vehicle to the service department for a oil change and to check. Arline Kuhn was the service advisor who assisted us. She was friendly, helpful and very knowledgeable. I just purchased my 2nd Sonata from Napleton Valley Hyundai. Brian Anderson sold me my first car 3 years ago and was awesome to work with. This time, Rick Cunningham, the Manager contacted me with an incredible deal, so I came in and Brian was off for a few days so Rick had me work with Jordan Kabronav. Napleton family treat workers as shit, stay away from this places... this is how they treat them... sad how they can fire someone in the middle of the rain....

Arline in service is an absolute gem. She is so knowledgeable, friendly, and honest. I needed new tires on my car and she went out of her way to find the best tires for me that I love. She is a huge asset to this team. When I need to purchase another vehicle, one of the deciding factors on whether I purchase another Hyundai will be to make sure she is still with this company.
After 15 years of buying Honda’s...I bought my first Hyundai. Blake was great and Brian in finance was easy to work with. Love my 2018 Tucson!!!
