RecommendedI went to a few dealerships looking to get a car loan and everyone kept telling me what I wanted to hear. I really was looking for a dealership I could trust. I am rebuilding my credit so Car buying has not been pleasant until I arrived at Napleton I ran into Derek Urban and Nizar Assria and they told me not to worry they would be able to help me out. I really challenged these guys and they were beyond AMAZING. I drove off in my new Elantra! I definitely will be referring everyone to Napleton. Thank you so much!!

Rick Cunningham is a liar just like his name expresses. Extremely dishonest dealership! They attempted to get me to put down $1,000 to get a car shipped in that I later found out was a ghost VIN. Stay away!
Be careful with your credit, ask many questions, and don't sign. Grab all your papers and go to Wilkins or Patrick! Sneaky, sly, hidden numbers. Not worth it. I was previously warned, decided to still check it out, and I should have listened! Would've saved 3+ hours. One of the managers was sweet until he didn't get his way and turned into a temper tantrum having three year old. You've been warned.

Everyone here is like family and we’ll make you feel like family the minute you walk in the front door.
RecommendedRobert Walen met my budget, respected my wishes. He has an excellent Customer Service. He is patient and knowledgeable about the Hyundai brand. Derek his manager was also helpful and met my need and was able to fit my budget. This is the best dealership in NAPERVILLE!!!! THANK YOU GUYS.
