My experience today at Napleton’s Valley Hyundai was second to none. I had no warranty left on my Sonata & on the way to dropping my kids at daycare my engine bit the dust. Getting this news devastated me as money is tight with 2 kids in daycare! Enter the phenomenal Arline Kuhr! She guided me through the process of getting my issues diagnosed and found a way to have my engine 100% covered! The employees in the service department are always so surly. It’s almost as if they are pissed off that customers are bothering them. I hate coming here, but the car is under warranty. Once the warranty is done I’m never coming back.
RecommendedRecently went through a stressful situation with my 2011 Sonata's engine failure. Jeff Racine in the svc department took my call and handled every step of the the process of getting the engine replaced (warranty) and kept me updated along the way. Set realistic expectations, then exceeded them. Very happy with what could've been a very stressful experience.
Would not recommend them for service at all. The car sales department is great; however, the service department is horrible
