I had a pleasurable buying experience at Napleton's. I haven't been back to this dealership since it changed hands but its made a huge improvement. They worked very hard to find the vehicle with the exact exterior/interior colors and options I wanted. My trade was valued fairly and a deal was finalized quickly. If you want the best customer service in the STATE, then this is where you need to go! I bought my first car from there and could not be more satisfied with my experience. I went to another dealer earlier that day and had a terrible experience. When I walked into Valley Hyundai, a weight lifted off my shoulders and I knew it would be a positive experience.
