Been using the Chelmsford branch for years and they've been great.. now the witham branch is more convenient I've started using that. I know account customers get priority, but the 3 times I've been in this branch I've stood there twiddling my thumbs whilst the staff chat away to each other and serve you when they can be bothered.
I went in to motex witham yesterday the gentleman that served me was very helpful, knowledgeable and very polite he was correct in the information he said was wrong with my car didn't try to oversell something I wouldn't need would highly recommend going there for any motoring needs
I Walked in and stood at counter, 2 staff looked at me and didn't say a word, they both carried on chatting to eachother then walked off,so I stood at the till waiting whilst they both looked at me through the glass and they were chatting away and no one else came out,then as they saw me going to leave they tried to shout alright mate as I was outside the door,poor service,no other customers in the shop.
