Got bought a massage as a present via Groupon, however when I phoned to make the appointment I was told they had no space until a month after the voucher had expired. The lady on reception told me to get a refund from Groupon rather than offering any other solutions. They don't have enough capacity to fulfill their Groupon offers.

If there was an option for zero stars, I would select it. The service for nails is very poor, no specific skills or accuracy, shows untrained professionals. The shellac nails were done very poorly, uneven polish applied on each finger nails, one nail had more polish than the other. It looked so so bad that I had to remove it immediately. I wish I could get a refund for it! Avoid at any cost even if they offer cheap prices.

I made appointment by treatwell, when arrived there I was informed nail technician isn’t working today. They didn’t even bother to call me or cancel the appointment by treatwell. Waste of time.

Lovely customer service, nice and clean establishment. Went for a hollywood wax and was not disappointed.
