I love Naked Hare as a local, sophisticated option — with great service providers…usually. I cannot remember the of name the female receptionist who isolated me upon walking in one afternoon. She greeted three other ladies with “good afternoon…” + confirming their appointments before turning her attention to me and saying “and you are?” which was shocking, inappropriate and offensive as a customer that has received great service time and time again. The best eye brow tint and reshape I’ve ever hard. Lovely environment and very friendly and professional staff. One of my favourite beauty salons in London. Would definitely recommend

I had a wonderful experience at Naked hair, I had eye lash tint & eye brown tint. The result was great, often I get irritation from the dye if it isn’t done in certain way but I didn’t have any irritation atall. 🙏

Naked hare is just the kind of salon I had been looking for in south London. I have now had 5 microneedling sessions there and aside from my skin feeling incredible the experience and staff at the salon make you feel like family . I always look forward to my next visit

I worked at this business previously and had an extremely negative experience that I feel others should be aware of. After leaving, the owners attempted to withhold my unclaimed annual leave — something I was legally entitled to. I had to take them to court to get what was rightfully mine, and I won. Shockingly, this wasn’t the first time. Another former employee had to do the exact same thing and also won in court. This points to a pattern of unethical behavior rather than a one-off mistake.
