Went in for my nails today, showed them a photo and gave given a price. £47 went and got cash. Came and and they took my nails off and cut them down. While doing this they cut me and made me bleed! One of my other nails is actually painful to touch i think they filed it to much. I was in there a total of 2 hours and 5 mins before I was done she tried to tell me that he gave me the wrong price. Saw on the board that it was 25£ but after they told me to pay 34£ and the lady was not nice she was so rude and screaming at me

TERRIBLE. walked out with something completely different from what i initially was supposed to have, he tried to make me pay full amount but managed to get him to lower it from £38 to £35 when it should have been £25 get what i wanted. DO NOT RECOMMEND. ps. there not the nicest people either so don’t be surprised if an argument breaks out . also my friend came with me today to get her nails done and she is not very happy either. VERY DISSAPOINTED.

I called asking ehat the longest inches of nails they did on my fingers and they were like what and they started saying that it woukd take an hour
