Unprofessional and Disrespectful Service I arrived on time for my confirmed appointment, but was met with confusion and then dismissed with a hand gesture—completely unprofessional. I’m certain of the timing, as I had another appointment right after. No apology or effort to resolve the issue. Clearly, customer service is not a priority here.

Lee was an absolute Gem. He did my nails which I asked for a French tip really well. I had an issue regarding my nails, which was done the previous day. Lee called me personally and informed that he would correct it as I wish and would personally do it himself till I was happy with it. And the nails OMG amazing. I got them done for my sister wedding and Lee made sure that I had the nails I dreamed of. I would definitely recommend their service. Thank you Lee for being such a kind hearted person. I really appreciate it.
