I usually don’t leave reviews, but I feel it's important to share this experience. I went to this nail salon recently and unfortunately left with injuries on three of my fingers. The technician was very rough while working on my cuticles, and as a result, they were either completely pinched off. Three fingers bled and are still very sore — it even hurts just to wash my hands. What made the situation worse is that the technician didn’t even acknowledge the damage or offer an apology. This level of carelessness is unacceptable... read more

Walked in with hands like I’d been mining coal with my bare knuckles. Walked out feeling like a hand model for a luxury soap brand. Sannhi didn’t even flinch when I said, “I’ve never had my cuticles touched by a professional—only by accident.” She treated my man-hands with the care and precision of a bomb disposal expert.
