Loved the nails and the experience was lovely. The staff are so lovely. Price is on the higher side but absolutely reasonable for Shoreditch. Would go again

Honestly, this was a really bad experience from start to finish. The guy working on me was super rude and unprofessional. I went in because the price they gave me over the phone sounded good, but once I got there it was a nightmare. He kept leaving me halfway through to start on other clients, so what should’ve been a simple appointment dragged on for three hours. On top of that, he filed my nails crooked and when I pointed it out, he just blamed my natural nails instead of fixing it properly and i never ever had this issue ... read more
