Took my partner here and I genuinely could not be more satisfied with the experience. From the moment we walked in, the atmosphere was clean, welcoming, and beautifully presented. The staff were professional, attentive, and clearly skilled at what they do. They paid close attention to detail and really listened to what was wanted. The shape, finish, and overall quality were flawless.

Asked for french tip square nails and showed inspiration picture. The nude colour is way too pink so they look cheap like shein. The tips are flat and not like the pic and the index finger isnt even square, its like a duck shape, totally uneven and not straight.

No customer service come across as rude. If you ask them to put something right they take offence even down to asking for your cuticles to be cut. Nails are hit and miss, literally one hand can be completely different to the other. Painting poor too.

Went here quite alot its become a revolving door thet rush your nails and the result is a thick uneven finish . Rude impersonal and they make you feel another number not going back after the owner ( it serms) said to be to draw my money out before coming as they only take cash so how do I do that if I dont always have the same treatment ot know the cost after being a loyal customer to them I thought she was rude ! I have found Barbra now at LFS hair and shes wonderful !
