I’m not normally one to read reviews let alone write them, safe to say if I had read the previous reviews I would never have come here. We called to ask if they had availability for 3 in fills and were told we could come straight away, we were seen very quickly. My friend was called first to a lady who we assume is the owner. Horrible service man was very rude first time having nails done and he shouted at me because I moved my hand would never enter shop again man should go and get some better communication skills should not be working with the public lucky I did not walk out felt really humiliated

I came here yesterday the lady was lovely but the nails are terrible every French tip is different sizes and wonky and she filed my nails so hard it’s sore I have multiple cuts on my fingers and was charged £80 for a manicure and pedicure

Wish google had 0 stars, had the worst experience in my life.The young man looked about 5 filled my nails down so hard you could practically see the skin on the other side of my nail.i told him it was hurting but he kept filling down and my nail starting bleeding!! I asked for short nails, and the nails they give me were almost down to my toes!
