I had a file and polish on my toes in preparation for my holiday. The results.... See photo. This is a very poor attempt. I have requested a £10 refund but my requests are being ignored by the owner Jane. Shocking customer service.... Was going to have gel nails too... I am glad I changed my mind. Please respond to my WhatsApp message and issue the £10 refund.

Jane treats her staff terribly she is 2 faced and I wouldn’t recommend her to anyone she is nice to your face then talks about you behind your back very immature only interested in money
