Terrible experience. Drilled into my nails so hard that they drilled into my nail bed causing an infection where I ended up in hospital and on antibiotics for 2 weeks. Totally ruined my natural nails. 4 people doing various tasks, no change of gloves or masks in between clients, no evidence of equipment being sterilised in between clients. Stay away!!! I had to give this nails bar 1 star to be able to post this review. They should be closed down.

Normally very good but yesterday when my wife tried to explain she couldn't have her nails removed using acetone due to allergic reaction , they seems to be upset at the fact they would have to file the nails off taking longer , and multiple times talking behind my wife's back about her allergy too acetone , needless to say I doubt we will return to there custom and go elsewhere

Been having my nails done hear for over a year always listening to what I want and not needed a single repair yet. Yes they get busy but if they are just come back later.

Aswell as the other reviews, these people are incapable of listening and even following a picture. Waited all together for an hour and a half for a seat just for them to increase the price of the nails asked for by £10 to which we changed to accommodate them, for them to not even do them right. Sat there for 25 minutes after the extension alone was put on. Would not recommend to anybody to be completely honest after today, 3 hours total for nails that were not even what was wanted.
