I used to go here all the time for 3 years travelled to this shop as thought they were good, but the visit I had in May turned me off completely, they are very racist and sit down talking and laughing about customers and struggle to hide it although most of there customers are of colour, the price changes randomly and is not consistent , not very friendly and the shop is absolutely filthy, I go Sutton now closer to home and the nail salon I use is clean and cheaper and nails perfect and I’m more respected!!!

I visited here on the 12/4/22, to keep it simple once I left the shop and looked in a different light I realised my nails are awful, they are thick and lumpy due to the poor application process of just dumping a lump of acrylic on the nail and flattening it out instead of building it up gradually. They dont look straight and are not the shape I asked for, the gel varnish looks like it was applied by a child and the gems are wonky! 100% sure the man that done my nails was not qualified, will be revisiting to get my £38 back t... read more
