I had such a great experience at LV Nails 68 in Stratford! The two gentlemen who did my nails were incredibly careful and attentive. I have very sensitive skin, and at other places when they cut my cuticles, I often end up bleeding. But here, they took their time, worked gently, and made sure I felt comfortable the whole way through. This is my 4th time visiting this nail shop to get a pedicure. I can't fault it. My feet are perfect every time. The young guy in their is so good. Thankyou so much for doing a good job and always looking after me,and listening to what I want. I recommend this place. And im not going no were else. I cant comment on nails as I don't have them done. But every time I'm in there,I've never heard a complaint. 5

I had a very disappointing experience with Alan yesterday for chrome gel nails. He was extremely rude and did not shape my nails at the same length or shape. The varnish was not even. He told me to wash my hands at home to clean the hands to remove excess varnish. I had to come in today to get the nails redone by someone else who did a good job and tried very hard. I asked for the Owner’s name so I could escalate this as this wasted my time and upset me but I was told there wasn’t one. I didn’t even receive an apology.

So disappointed! This was my regular place and Micheal has given me the worst experience. Not only did he do a horrible job on my shellac, he argued with me back and fourth and tried to make me look like I lied about what I wanted. He also kept saying the previous shellac was a builder gel - why would you say this when I’ve told you it was a shellac? The Romanian lady that did my nails last was a 10/10. He needs to learn to communicate better.

They do a horrible job horrible!! Can’t speak English clearly for one and can’t understand you and then blame you, definitely would not recommend at all
