The mindfulness sessions I had with Nadiya were amazing! During the sessions, amongst other things, Nadia explained the link between mind and body and gave me a range of really helpful mindfulness techniques that I could easily and practically use. As a result of practicing these techniques, I sleep better, my blood pressure has reduced and I cope much better with various life challenges. I would not hesitate to recommend Nadiya's mindfulness sessions, they have helped me tremendously.
I worked with Nadiya over a series of four 1-2-1 sessions. The aim of our sessions was to find accessible tools to allow me to connect with my body and regulate my nervous system regularly. I'm also living with a new diagnosis of chronic fatigue, which has affected how much I can exercise/move. I really enjoyed my restorative yoga classes with Nadiya. I've felt so many benefits to my body, but also my mind. I come out from every class feeling completely renewed in mind body & spirit. I would highly recommend Nadiya's classes.
I can honestly say that working with Nadiya has been truly transformative for me. When I first met Nadiya I was in a difficult place, both physically and emotionally. I was recovering from surgery for prostate cancer, which left me with muscle and joint weakness. Nadiya hosted a restorative yoga class at my sisters hen do, it was amazing! So relaxing and totally adapted to our experience level (very little in our case!) and for those with sore heads. We all absolutely loved the class, it was the perfect morning activity for everyone to join in with. Great communication from Nadiya from start to finish and all the equipment was provided so it was a super easy activity for a big group and very reasonably priced!
