Falsely claiming I have "criminal records" that do not exist... I understand that it is a marketing ploy, but can you imagine if future employers, acquaintances, whoever - were to see that? I have never been to court or been arrested in my life - do not put my reputation on the line so you can try to get people to pay in to your scam.

MyLife.com is a shady data broker that has no way to easily delete your data, not even for California residents. They try to trick you into creating an account and paying them to supposedly remove your data from their partner websites, but you don't need to pay. Call************* and the rep will remove your data, after repeatedly giving you sales pitches.

I got email regarding my reputation from MyLife.com. When I went to the website the free reports first stated that I had liens, lawsuits, evictions in my report. About two weeks later I got another email saying my reputation has been updated and important that I take action now. Again I went to the free area of that site and now they stated that I had criminal offenses. I found my personal data on MyLife when doing a search for my name. I called and asked for it to be removed and they kept giving me the run around (a sales pitch) and trying to get me to purchase something for $50. I said I could not afford that and then it was $7 and then $1. Anything to get more personal information and a credit card number. The employee finally said it would be removed of which it has not been removed. Good luck trying! What a scam company!

I am in my late 70s and my life is putting my personal information online without my permission including D.O. B. addresses past and present and leaving me open to scams ,theft of identity and more. I want my information removed immediately . I had this happen before I believe by the same company and the grief it causes is immeasurable. I refuse to get caught up in their merry go round of trying to sign up to get removed and would like your help

Despite updating my account to cancel the autorenewal for a subscription days in advance of the renewal date, the company still attempted to charge my credit card. Luckily my bank flagged it as fraud. This is a scam. The information I browsed was also not accurate.

After conducting a Google search, I found some personal information on the MyLife.com website and immediately requested that they remove my information from their site. I received an email stating: "To remove your profile, please go to https://www.mylife.com/help, and view FAQ #14. This FAQ, will give you step by step instructions on how to remove your profile from MyLife.com." I did this, and FAQ #14 on their website says: "The owner of the profile has to directly request removal through MyLife.com®. To begin that process, ... read more

After multiple phone calls, MyLife still will not remove my information. The person kept asking me to upgrade to "take charge of my data". I called again and they said I had to request a removal online and again asked me to upgrade.

I was solicited this information without having reached out. I initially agreed to the 1.00 chg but there was nothing about me it was about other people. When I tried to opt out and close any and all pieces of information, it kept reverting me back to a blank page. I did not agree to a charge of 47.85 and I think this company is dishonest in all that they do. I would have never agreed to any kind of charge like that.
