This company is the worst, and if I could give no stars, I would. Read the ***(RED FLAG) at the bottom if you want to see the main issue...If you have time, please read on... My email has been filled with MyLife advertisements and I fell for their gimmicks. They would put the subject as "Your Reputation Has A Negative Score" or "Someone just searched your name". They charged me for a full membership 4 days into a 1$ 15 day trial membership after I canceled the membership on the same day I signed up. Then they charged me again a month later after they had already refunded me for the previous charge and supposedly deleted my account. Now 3 months later they charged me again. After assuring me they were issuing a full refund and saying my account was being "black flagged" to never be charged again they said if I wanted to talk to a supervisor they would not issue a full refund. STALKER ALERT! This website allows anyone to *********** about you, clone you and then send a copy cat negative version of you out into the world. My FAKE profile stated that I left my children because I was a drug addict by a woman who will have sex with your husband, brother, cousin, wife, father, mother and program director just to brag about obtaining NAME BRAND sunglasses she looks like a blind rat in.

The monthly membership fee is a scam. They first charge the 7 days free trial. they I see a charge of 44.95 to last me till July. 45 minutes again they charge me again for 19.95. I called to cancel the service and they said there are no refunds. The information is also inaccurrate. They have people in my profile that I don't even have an association with. The customer service person was just reading a script in a monotone voice and did not even want to hear my issue. DO NOT JOIN this service! $66.90 worth of a useless servic... read more

They are a bunch of scammers. Made the mistake of trying them out for the dollar fee to look somebody up. Without my knowledge they "subscribed" me to their premium monthly services. I had to call multiple times due to them making multiple transactions with my card and they were so rude and lied about it. They first said that I had been a member since 2003 and that I had subscribed to their premium. I never did this. I wanted them to unsubscribe me and cancel the mess they made. Mylife.com is a joke! First they don't get the applicants information correct, and when you check to see if it's been corrected you have to go over the process again! I have tried four times to get this rectified but to no avail! Mylife is a scam, all they want is your money! If this was a reputable business they would hire staff that could get your information correct the first time! BEWARE BEWARE!

I paid for a 3 day trial. I did not get the Information that I was promised in mylife Ad. I canceled immediately only to find $50.00 taken out of my account the same Day after calling for a refund was promised. This company is a scam. Stay away from This company.
