Scam: I should have checked the Better Business Bureau first. Do not take the $1.00 bate. When you do this, you are taken to a page where you are given 3 choices for membership non of which are :"Don't want it". So yes, I got stuck with a monthly charge I didn't sign up for. MyLife.com advertises a 7-day free trial. I signed up for the 7-day trial, got the information I wanted from MyLife and cancelled the trial one day later. 4 days after I initially signed up for MyLife, they charged $44.95 to my credit card. When I called to ask them to reverse the charge, they told me that I signed up for a year membership. I explained that I signed up for a 7-day trial and cancelled 24 hours later. I'm disappointed that Mylife.com is a solicited scam site. I did not get what was promised after paying $20.95. When I called them, the lady was able to stop future automatic deductions from my account but couldn't refund my money that was supposed to give me premium membership and access to info that could be changed or found. Don't fall for their antics. They are total scam artists!

This company charged me a one time $1 fee i think it was. comes to find out they have been charging me since october 2020 $19.95 a month. It is my fault for not catching it sooner. They tell me there is activity on my account so they cant process a refund. They also told me i signed up for a premium membership in march 2021. I have never logged on this i did not even know my password. I recently started receiving emails from Mylife stating I have numerous infractions on the data they displayed in the body of the email. I have never signed up nor created an account with this company. I was about to contact them but my better judgement said to look them up with BBB. Do not put my reputation online just so you can scam and solicit me or anyone else out of money and additional information. I am asking that my information be removed from there database and website.

I'm a person that gets emails from MYLIFE and I'm unable to get on their link for over a year no. They keep sending emails say my Rep score is damaged or negative remarks were posted. I cannot even get on their so call free side. AOL says not accessible! I had ID theft about 4 times and I had to tell Lifelock, FTC ID division all that! No telling is on my profile after 2 years of not able to accces! I'll not pay...a cent to any org that will not allow me to review what they are posting! This website is everything that is wrong with the world. They scrape together pieces of information and hope for the best that it's correct. It's full of incorrect information, and they refuse to acknowledge or change it. Their click-baitey tactics drive traffic to their site at the expense of the actual people impacted. There are real-world consequences to their recklessness.

This business is a a rip-off. Once you take the 3 day trial it's **** to get the "service" discontinued. You have to actually talk with a person to cancel renewal. Avoid these jerks like the plague.

SCAM!!! Mylife is a scam! I googled myself out of curiosity one day and found my name, address, phone number, parent's name and address and other PRIVATE bits of information publicly available on Mylife.com. To make matters worse, it said that I had criminal records in my name. I clicked that link and it said that it'd let me see my criminal history and where the sources of information were taken from if I paid them just one dollar for a week long premium membership.
