I had an appointment on November 11 2021. It was also a diabetic exam. Well they told me it was 70 dollars. I told them that I did not have a copay as my out of pocket max had been reached. She looked at me and said that will be 70 dollars today. I told her I didn't have because I wasn't expecting to have to pay. So for the next few months I would get a bill for 70 dollars. I visited myeyedr in W friendly Ave Greensboro NC with my doctors prescription to get my glasses and after making me wait for one month to pick it up I was given an incomplete prescription which I had no idea until my eyes started itching terribly. I went to see my doctor and he informed me that the prescription was incomplete, when I called myeyedr their manager at that branch was the most rude individual I have ever spoken to. Poor customer service and they don’t stand behind their product. I purchased AirLock eye glasses 5 months ago. Took in today to get frames adjusted as they were loose. Was told “just to let you know that piece is likely to break so if you bring back frames we will try to fix it but likely won’t be able too. Just letting you know.” The frames are known to break. They have a product they continue to sell knowing the frame will likely break and can’t be repaired. Unacceptable.

This is my 2nd year getting glasses here. Love the Dr. NOT HAPPY WITH MY NEW GLASSES. The 1st year my bifocal was not correct the lab made it half the size of my previous pair. This year after once again stating I want my glasses EXACTLY the same the tint is half as dark as my previous pair. Granted they remake my glasse " free of charge" ( corporate acted like this was some sort of favor). This company seems to have NO concern that they use a lab that is incompetent. I would like to brag on this practice (Kernersville, NC) for improving on their staff in the last year. In 2021 and 2020 I was not pleased with the staff other than Dr. Harris. The staff was rude and didn't seem to want to be there. The current staff is very friendly and willing to learn new things. We went to myeyedr in Amherst MA for our annual eye exam and ordered eyeglasses 10/28/2021. We were told we had to complete all service on the same day- we had no choice but to shop for eyewear on display in a corner tower designated under eligible under our insurance. Worst piece of crap and very poor quality frames. Other shops we have used in the past had better quality and a large selection. I used to go to this location when it was the ******* ******and it was amazing. This location was purchased by a national conglomerate called Myeyedr. I went to this place for new glasses and it is horrible. The selection of glass has diminished significantly. The fun and unique frames ******* ******used to have are not replaced by frames that are cookie cutter and appeal to the masses. This was the most dishonest, misleading, and rude experience I have ever had in an office. I went to the East Longmeadow MA location a few months ago to book an appointment and at that time I provided them my insurance card and they took a copy of it and called my insurance company. She said its all set and I got my appointment date. They performed the eye exam and then said it will be $119.50 that’s what the copay is. I reluctantly paid the rude woman for it. My first visit to this office in May, I was told my insurance was good, even was talked into going with a year prescription. The only Co-pay I was charged $5 . Here it is November, I get a bill for $150. I called the office to ask why I had received the bill. I was told: “ I was given a discount, I shouldn’t have gotten” How is this my fault and why does it take 6 months after my visit to get a bill.
