Very frustrating experience from the eye scan to the repair. In May 2022 I visited our local Hastings office and was asked if I would like to have a scan done, it was only $39. I told Sunshine (name of person who performed test) “No thank you” three times, she said I would not be charged but that she had to perform the test. A bunch of snakes looking to scam you out of money. If you’re looking for someone that will lie to you and try to steal your money I’d highly recommend the Mishawaka, IN location. If you’re looking for an eye doctor to complete an eye exam and not lie to you. Don’t go here. This place is worse than a used car lot. I would never recommend these liars to anyone.

Never notified the glasses were ready for pickup. Pickup is first come, first serve. No waiting area. Took them a long time to find them. Left lens correction was worse than my uncorrected sight. They wanted to blame me. Fortunately, my insurance allowed me to dispute the charge and the business refunded the purchase.

I went in for an issue with my glasses being foggy it's being foggy Halloween they quickly looked it up and found I had a warranty and within 15 minutes had ordered my new lenses. Very pleased. Thanks Camill!
The location in Milford on RT 28 is not customer focused. The office had 1 other customer, I arrived 8 minutes late and they cancelled my appointment that I had to wait 2 months to get. A year ago they had to reorder my glasses because they forgot to do transitional and scratch resistant. I will not be back.

Made an appointment for 9 am. Got there at 830 only to have a family of four jump in front of me. They really booked 5 people for 9am. We won't be coming back.
I did not have a good experience at the Dallas location. I had been trying to get my prescription correct since April.. Finally mid August I have a pair of glasses.Despite that,the bright spot I did want to mention, is the helpful fitting Tech Olivia. She was very professional and did her best to help after others failed. So I am very grateful to her. She made the experience a little better.

I have been trying to get a pair of sunglasses since May 27, 2022. The first pair took over a month because the frame was broken and it had to be reordered. No one told me why there was a delay until I went to finally pick up my glasses. The lenses in the glasses were made incorrectly so they had to be redone. I decided to choose a different frame because I did not want to risk another delay because of the frame being broken, again. My review is regarding the location in Fort Worth on 7th St. This place is a total scam. I went in for new contacts and expected the advertised special which was $199 for eye exam, 1 years worth of contacts and free sunglasses. Sounds great but, almost $400 later that is not what I got. The dr prescribed a different contact lens, a cheaper one in a smaller quantity, and they refused to honor the special. So I switched to the other special $199 for eye exam and a pair of glasses.
