For the second year in a row, this company had made the eye experience horrible. Last year, they ordered the wrong pair of glasses and it took close to two months to get the correct pair and this year, I ordered a pair with a special tint. The sales rep this time assured me I was able to get this tent, along with anti-glare but that this tint color was not in their system, so in order to pay for it, would mark it as "rose" and when my lenses came in, their lab would match the color. My local MyEyeDr was once a regional family owned chain and I had a history with them that was great for the most part. The eye exams were thorough and the scheduling and hours were convenient The optometrists saw me for an urgent problem in 2018 and I was very pleased.. The follow-up and service for glasses were okay and the selection was good. Pricing wasn't inexpensive, but it was fair. *AVOID AT ALL COSTS! They post fake reviews to cover for their bad ones!! Unprofessional Staff, Unprofessional Office Manager, Karen. They do not care about their patients and their customer service is awful. I was a minute late for my appointment and they would not take me!!!! LITERALLY 60 SECONDS!! If I could give a negative number of stars I would. Terrible company. Their customer service is non-existent. They do not return telephone messages nor do they provide you any notification when your glasses have arrived. They tell you one time frame for receipt of your order and then it takes literally 3 times longer than they said. Waited OVER A MONTH to receive the glasses. I am so pleased with the MyEyeDr Family especially one of the Manager's, Trisha L****** who went over and above the call of duty for my granddaughters glasses. We were in a desperate need and she met that need ten times over. It was my first time with My Eye Dr. and I couldn't be happier. I came in to get contacts and Dr. Adel I****** was very nice. I was nervous before going in but once he took me back he had a great energy. There were magic tricks and jokes throughout the appointment but he was also thorough. Highly recommend going here if you want people who truly care about helping you.

My eye doctor whom I have been seeing and trusting completely for decades, has been working for MyEyeDr for about a year or so. He is excellent, extremely thorough, competent and caring. Horrible company. All they care about is money. They overcharge you then won't refund what they overcharged. Do not use them.
