She was so thorough, professional and efficient and communicated with me at every step of the process. Her emails were very clearly written and easy to follow and understand. There are no words to describe the level of incompetence at Myerson. Countless delays, 0 communication, very expensive. All the one star reviews speak for themselves, and seemingly the 5 star ones are coming from employees mostly which is incredibly shady. I assure you avoiding this company will be the best decision you ever make.

Unfortunately, after spending so much time sending ridiculous amounts of requested information, and despite numerous phone calls and emails, I received no response at all to confirm whether they were in a position to take on my case. I understand if it wasn't possible, but a simple reply would have been basic courtesy. If this is how communication is handled at the outset, I wouldn’t feel confident entrusting them with a legal matter.
