My second visit to My Vital Metrics, a year between to see what changes have occurred. I enjoyed the experience, professionalism, and the information provided. Ali made it (relatively) painless again, and helped me to understand the changes and where/what I needed to do for next steps to achieve my goal. Will be back next year to review progress!
I am a 60 year old male that has had some issue with cholesterol so have been focusing on diet and fitness and whilst my watch estimates my vo2 max I thought it would be nice to get it tested properly. Harry explained everything really well and put me at ease from start to finish. He also pushed me at the end of the treadmill test and I ended up with a score of 57.9 which was 10 points higher than my garmin was estimating.
