Worst customer service ever. Practices who use them NEVER get to talk to someone, everything is an email/ticket number and nothing get accomplished in a timely manner. Nothing. Looking for practice management software? LOOK SOMEWHERE ELSE.

Their Customer Service is the shittest ever!!! No one answers the phones and they never call back!!! Don't walk, Run to a different provider if you can and if you cannot, run as soon as you can....
Worst company ever. Total breach in contract. Reported them to the Better Business Bureau, the American Optometric Association, The New York State Optometric Association and will now start on social media so that every office is aware that this company has zero integrity. They have yet to refund me. I have same exact experience as the other reviewer here with my Apple system and them promising me the world. Months and hundreds of hours of staff time, equipment etc . Made the move in 2008 and still happy. Best value of all 17 EMR's that I took for a test drive.
Purchased MVE for three locations including additional customizer for over $2000. Was promised the moon by the sales rep including cloud based option for my Mac computers. They were never able to complete the installations because they did not represent internet upload speed options at the time we purchased. They recommended using a t1 line, which failed and cost me $10,000.00. After over two years and monthly maintenance payments they agreed they dropped the ball and offered a nominal refund, but refused to refund anything ... read more
