They've been offline for more than 2 business days now....we have stacks of work that need to be manually entered. Can't get anyone to answer the phone, even after being hold for well over an hour. This is the worst company ever, worst customer serivce ever. #dontusethisservice

NEVER again will we use MVE! Their system was hacked and now we can’t log in for over 3 days AND found out they are charging us $30/ month extra without informing us ... Bad business ethics !!!
Has anyone got any answers this morning? We got an email last night saying it was fixed, but this morning it still isn’t. You can’t get ahold of anyone still. It just sends me to voicemail every time.
Horrible company! Their system will not stay connected so you cannot complete a job in a timely matter. Forest is the only competent employee. Stay clear of this company!
For starters, it needs to stay up an running. Been without this time since Friday due to a ransomware attack. Totally irresponsible!!!!!!!!!! There has to be a better EHR but we have all made the financial commitment. Time for a change. Anyone have any good suggestion?
worst company worst cutomer service ever
Worst company I have ever worked with. I never like giving bad reviews but I do not want anyone else to make same mistake to use this company. Customer service is the worst. 90% of the time we call for support we have to leave a message. And when we do get a representative, they are not able to help, a ticket is created. Choosing at EHR is a big decision. Please make it wisely. Look at all the real reviews.
