They are having issues with VSPso you can’t push orders thru VSP or self pay. This has been going on a month. Cloud based never stay s connected. Around thanksgiving they were down for a good two weeks. So frustrating get your crap together.
This is the worst software I have ever used personally or professionally, and their customer service is even worse that the software. You are better off using LITERALLY ANY OTHER EHR. I thought when they got bought out it would help but it's even worse.
Answer the phone. Keep cloud based system on line. Get support people who know what they are doing
Their system is not reliable. This past Thanksgiving their whole system went down for 4 days. Now, their system is down again. Every time their system goes down we get no correspondence from them. We don’t know what is going on or when the system will be up and running.
BY FAR THE WORST SOFTWARE EVER. I DO NOT RECOMMEND THEM TO ANYONE LET ALONE THE CUSTOMER SERVICE IS WORST THEN DAVIS VISION. NO ONE ANSWERS.

Worst software. Our has been down all week, no response from support no light at the end of the tunnel. Don’t recommend them at all. Customer service has always been lacking.
customer service sucks, and we have been without our system for 2 days and no return calls. you can count yourself lucky if you get a live person to answer the phone and not have to leave a message and then sometimes you might get s call back
Your system sucks and there seems to be an issue everyday with your program.
