Most relaxed gym ever. The staff are friendly and helpful. Theres always equipment and space available to just do your own thing. No body beautiful judging you, just people working out.
Really friendly gym with great advice to help me get back into exercising.
I signed up to the 6 week PT group and have enjoyed it so much, I’m hoping to do it again. The staff are very friendly but the trainers really make sure you’re doing each exercise correctly and help you reach your goals. Best gym I’ve ever been to ☺️
