I visited this clinic recently to obtain a medical memo (arising from a stressful event) and was very impressed by the level of care and service provided. Despite it being a busy day, the clinic staff, Kiki and Rachel, were both exceptionally kind, patient, and helpful throughout. They made the entire process much easier for me and were very empathetic and reassuring. Friendly staff and doctor. Wait time can take a while if you walk in, but it can be made convenient if you book online. Doctor is patient and will listen to your issues.
Staff was unfriendly. Called to book for an appointment. After enquiry decided NOT to go ahead because the staff attitude was like you want you book, don’t want to book/come - even better. That’s what I feel in my opinion. Then I went to another clinic at Clementi central which is Much better and cheaper for medical examination. Never ever going back again. And even if you book the appointment, you are still require to wait more than 30mins. So what’s the point for appointment??
