Really annoyed! I've let some time pass before writing this review, hoping I'd think my hair wasn't so bad. But no. Haircut is the worst I've had in years. Been using this salon for an absolute age but have seen standards decline massively, but continued to go, because I had a favourite stylist who has now moved on. Have never been a fan of Lisa salon owner. She's unpleasant, or artificially polite, and just makes me feel on edge. Bit of matriarch energy maybe? Just odd on the phone and in person. I've been here twice for my kids haircuts (5 and 7). Helen was amazing with them and has done a great job. Able to advise on the best shape for their heads as well. Definitely my new regular spot!

I had my hair cut my Helen at Mutu yesterday and I couldn’t rate her highly enough! My hair looks the best it’s done in a long time. I hadn’t had my hair cut in two years due to bad experiences so was a little nervous but Helen listened to everything I wanted and took her time and helped me - and I’ve ended up with exactly what I wanted! Thank you Helen 😍😍

My first time at a hairdressers and I was so nervous. The staff made me comfortable and Lisa did an amazing job to make my hair look beautiful. I would wholeheartedly recommend this place to anyone!
