Thank u to a very nice polite lady called Arooj with such a welcoming face, helped me so smoothly I didn’t feel a thing your an asset to your work place! Unlike the troll who I’m glad to see has gone who shaved half my eyebrow because she wanted to leave work quick! Arooj as long as your there I will definitely be again again.

AVOID. Waxed a big chunk out of my brow. Then tinted my brows without my say so, after waxing, which shouldn't be done due to higher risk of infection. Tint did nothing, obviously, other than make it more obvious!! Barely got an apology. Absolutely shocking! Used to be okay but gone massively downhill.

I should have trusted the reviews. I went for eyebrow threading, and they ruined it. One eye brow is big and thick and another thin and smaller. I didn't notice it first. My colleagues noticed the difference and told me. I won't suggest this place at all. Please avoid this shop for threading. I regret going there.

We went in and the wax was BOILING on the skin and when we flinched we were told to relax and it left ouer skin BRITE red. After when we left it was SO clear it was uneven and wax had been left all. Around the big red block wich had been left from the terrible stylest get your act together not worth the money
