I’ve been coming here on and off for about 10 years, and it’s still one of the best local gyms around. There’s a real charm to a proper family-run place — no ego, no gimmicks, just good people and great training. The old-school equipment gives every workout that authentic feel, and you’re always greeted with a warm welcome from whoever’s on the front desk. It’s got that community spirit that big chain gyms just can’t match, and that’s what keeps me coming back
