Great gym, great atmosphere and great support. New Gen gyms dont have this. Jay the gym owner is always available and humble to the needs of the members. Thanks Muscle & Fitness
Great gym where -- amazing -- people put their weights away.
Had a look at the gym. It was nice . Definitely come here again.
So.....Almost a year in now and keeping to a minimum of 3 times a week. Who needs selfies and posers.. Get down to Muscle & Fittness ..You won't find a better bunch of guys who are always willing to give advice and point you in the right direction. Thanks J.
