My mrs has been coming to this salon since they were in town the lady is very nice and approachable but they guy if hes the owner hes lost out on a family who have 6 customers coming to him on a Regular basis only because hes a liar and rude mate i am sure if i had seen you that morning you wouldn't have spoken rudely to me and blaming his staff for his inconvenience oh well AVOID this company better we found out your true colours now than too late 😡 Yea no worries i will be paying your salon a visit

Booked appointment and was advised over phone i dont need a patch test as i have had my colour done before from here. Taken time off work only to go to salon to be told i needed a patch test as its been more than 12 months which is fine its a legality. Problem is i was advised i didn't need to. Apparently they have been trying to contact me i did ring just the day before to ask why and again was advised just to confirm if i am attending my appointment no mention of patch test what so ever.
