Worst establishment since it was sold, the place really has gone downhill since bezak sold it

Very nice and thorough. Dr Ortiz was very nice and explained each step of the exam and treatment. Tracy was wonderful with my very nervous cat. I've avoided this practice for years due to the former vet. I love the new practice and will be returning.
