Dr. Ortiz is an A+ vet and has helped my pets through some tough times. He takes his time and focuses on your pets well being. He's gone above and beyond many of times for my fur-babies. Munhall Vet Hospital and Munhall clients are very lucky to have him.
We would love to extend our sincere thanks to Dr. Ortiz and all the staff here.. Our Baby Ren was the love of our life and he crossed the rainbow Bridge last week. You managed his care so well that he lived a lot longer than we would have ever expected and the card and the phone call meant the world to us. We have had many pets and different vets in the Past, but I would never consider another again after having Dr. Ortiz and the amazing staff.. Thank you for being such Angels in our Pets lives
On 9/9/16 we sadly laid to rest our 9 year old English Mastiff, Bruno. Our life long Vet retired so we picked the Wonderful Staff at Munhall for our sudden decision and we couldn't be more thankful!! Please note this was our first meeting with the Staff and they took care of us like life long customers. Dr Ortiz is wonderful!!! He's kind, patient, and very thorough!!! He tries his best to reccomend treatments that are as affordable as possible. He really spends time with his four legged patients during exams. ❤❤
A few years ago, my wife & I were looking for an alternative to high priced Pleasant Hills vets. We have found Munhall vets to be reasonably priced & more importantly, they have taken very good care of our cats. And when we had to say goodbye to our Sheba back in February, they exhibited great compassion.
