Only one appt so far but it was emergency and they got us right in and put our minds at ease day before we left for vacation. Will be taking our dog there from now on
I have been a customer here since 1976 with animals / Ron Bezak left and this place is absolutely horrible - They care about the $ not your animal...my Chihuahua was so so so sick - I called them said I can leave work @ 4 I am literally 5 minutes from you - the girl told me we have no appts nor emergency apt - suggested I tool him to AVETS - 325.00 to walk in the door...so I stopped to get Diegos records - I was so angry - not a customer in the place - and me and another man walked in at t he same time - surely didn't look p... read more
Dr. Ortiz and Dr. Koch are awesome and help us provide all necessary care to our rescue animals at affordable prices.
Dr. Ortiz is great. All the staff are courteous, friendly, and professional. Wouldnt go any where else for my pets needs!
Dr. Ortiz is wonderful !!!! He takes his time with our pets. He goes over all of the treatment options ,the benefits and risks. He is a very warm man & we are very grateful to have our pets in his care.
Just can't afford to have a pet family member, after my kitty passes I'll never get another pet again. She has allergies every year and with labs and shots it's over$200.00. just can't do it anymore.�
