Caring doctors and staff. Accommodating in scheduling.
Sent my dog here to have him cremated. Forgot to remove his collar beforehand and called the next day after he was dropped off, NO ONE bothered to call me to see if I would like to have his collar back, instead the staff just assumed that since the collar was still on him that I would not want it and they threw it in the trash. So now I will wait to get my dog's ashes back but this place will NEVER handle another pet of mine. Was new to Veterinary clinic when my dog was diagnosed with cancer and needed surgery. I was hesitant, but the vet was so caring, and answered all of my questions. Surgery went well.
