Manager has the attitude that customers have no idea what they're doing. Clearly they just want to make as much money as possible and could care less about anything else. Do not buy a car here!!
Horrible attitude by the service department. I had an emergency and they were not willing to help me.
I have serious regret from buying here. I didn't do a good enough visual inspection on a car that was advertised as Certified Pre Owned and ended up with a vehicle that had been involved in some sort of minor accident that cracked the grill, and dented/scratched the front bumper. That's why you shop CPO, to avoid these things, right? Brought it back to have the Sales Manager deny that the damage done to the front bumper would have caused the vehicle to fail the CPO inspection even though a checklist item on CPO is literally ... read more
Worst customer service provided in the parts department.
Won't answer phones, leaves you on hold, and instead of finding answers just passes you to someone else. Louis and Brett are the worst!
I normally don't do this, but this is the side that employees don't see often enough from their customers. The service department here has been due for an overhaul for some time and we understand that it takes time to accomplish a positive change. The service manager Joe is a great person to work with. He's very nice and makes you feel comfortable. He provides constant updates and provides fair time estimates on repairs.. the other advisor does not.
