I went to Chevy after my first Mazda and then when my most recent lease with Chevy ended, I decided to go back to Mazda after reading how nice the CX-5 was. I went back to Northtown and was lucky enough to have Josh Schulenberg as my salesman. RecommendedI was very pleased with the service I received at Mazda City of Orange Park. Neil was amazing. He was very helpful and knowledgeable about the cars. I told him what I wanted and my price range and he made it happen. Once we made the sale, he went over the amazing features and paired both my husband's and my phones. He also made sure I understood how to operate the other many features. That is great customer service! I couldn't be happier with my new Mazda CX-5.

I showed up to get my recall fixed on my car(my windshield wipers don’t work in Florida) I live over an hour away and was confused on the location of the service center causing me to drive and circles and be about 10-15 min late. I was then informed by the lady that I would need to reschedule due to her having a full schedule... I spent a half tank of gas driving to Tom Bush Mazda so they could fix their recall causing a major safety issue for my vehicle... I don’t believe they care about the safety of their customers!
