I would give them a negative 10 if I could. I recently purchased a 2017 Nissan Murano from Darius M. To make a long story short the car needs a new motor. When I called him he was unapologetic and rude. Never has the car dealership tried to make this right. Please don’t purchase a car here. I have 3 different shops to inspect the car and they all said the motor was bad. This was less than 2 weeks of having the car. Warranty voided because prior owners never had oil changed
Better communication, and customer centered- my experience was otherwise.
My sister recently made her 1st big purchase at this dealership. She bought a 2014 Jeep Patriot that she loved! Josh our sales guy was awesome. He was very helpful, knowledgeable and didn’t make us feel pressured to purchase anything. Here we are 3 weeks later and the vehicle is now ratting when driving and the back window was rolled down for the first time only to find out it won’t go back up. RecommendedWe have purchased two cars here, and have had little reason to experience the service department for anything significant. A year ago, as part of our yearly state inspection, the brakes were near end of life so we had a four wheel brake job done. This year at the inspection, the rear brakes were again end of life after 14,000 miles, while the front brakes were in great shape just as they should be.
