They wouldn’t release my car until they were paid by my warranty group, I’ve had extended warranty on my car and had used on other dealers and never had a problem before, I’ve waited on my for 4 hours !!!! I was just supposed to pick it up and should of had not taken more then 10 minutes ! I will never be back to this dealership ever again, other then that, the staff was very cordial.
Excellent Customer Service & honest & straightforward to deal with.
I would recommend that you run from this place. They are thieves. They still your down-payment and place you with banks that steal your money as well. They set you up to be taken advantage of. I would never recommend this dealership. I wish I never would have went here.
Had my Mazda 3 serviced at Munday Mazda and loved it!! I watched them take care of everyone like family. Highly recommend!!!
We have gotten our last 4 vehicles, (Mazda 2, two Mazda 3s), from Munday Mazda and on Friday we got a CX 5 and loving it! Wolf Zion is THE man! He is always charming, patient, explains everything, makes sure all our needs are met, makes us laugh and makes car purchasing a fun, enjoyable time. We will NOT buy a car from anyone else. I would highly recommend that no one visit Munday Mazda to do business, and to not go to any dealership owned by Group 1 Automotive either. When we had a problem with unmet expectations at Munday Mazda, the service department refused to try to help us reach a solution and sent us to the sales department for help contacting the dealership owners, Group 1 Automotive. SCAM, SCAM, SCAM! Don't waste your time. Rude, & unprofessional. If you want to be taken advantage of and lied to then this is your place however beware this place is horrible.
Awesome place. Awesome people. From the day I got my car until now. 9 months later I still feel like I'm part of the Munday family. I want to thank Mr. Purvis Bowman for a wonderful experience in the purchase of a vehicle. And to Justin who called me yesterday thank you for the information you gave me that directed me to the Munday Mazda Collision Center. Now I know my car will be repaired properly and I look forward to my second experience hopefully very soon.
