I liked the people that work there. But Mazda as a whole not so much.
Went to get my car serviced. Was told that I needed a battery. Was a little upset to get that news because I bought a battery a year ago. They replaced my battery and threw in a free car wash. Staff very friendly and returned my car promptly. Thanks guys & gals!
Monday Mazda Is the best Car dealership in Houston every time I bring my cars there is always a great experience they treat me like family I love the people who are there .They always do a Van tastic job!!!

I was here recently to have my car serviced.I thought it was great service in a timely manner and the staff was friendly also.There were miscellaneous things that were recommended for my car.But I didn't feel that I was pressured or that I was being offered things just to inflate my bill.When I left the Munday Mazda, my car felt like it was running better than ever and my car was looking nice and clean after the free car wash provided
RecommendedI was very upset when I went in.Due to I was told that they messed up my oil change on last visit. Which was pretty costly to replace what they told me that needed to be done . I was show exactly what it was that was reported to me on a print out.NOT TRUE AT ALL THEY lied NTB. Yes NTB ....... Mike put my mind at ease.
