Plenty of snacks and water. Customer service was great. I felt very welcome the moment I came in and throughout my whole trip. They addressed any issues with my car at a great price.
I’ve been a Monday Mazda customer for over 10 years. I used to come in with a Honda and then upgraded and purchased a Mazda from them directly. I worked with Matthew as my service advisor and he kept me well informed on my wait and progress on the vehicle. I had a wonderful experience with Jhon Francois who sold me my 2018 Mazda 6 Grand Touring. I love Mazdas and this purchase is my 4th. I visited 3x before I made my final decision. Finance was able to find me a lender and I am loving my new vehicle. Today I received a gift from the dealership. Two Mazda mugs with some goodies. Pecan chip brownies!!! I spent three hours to get a tire on my 2018 CX-5 worked on, and while driving around later that day; the same tire began to loose air as if it were not worked on at all.
