They have a horrible customer service and their sales managers are fake. Unfortunately our vehicle turned out to be Lemaon so we took it to Tuttle click Mazda for service and Matt their service advisor lied and said he was not able to duplicate any brake noises. So as soon as I picked up my vehicle I was able to duplicate the brake noises in fact I took a video of it and confronted him with the video.
