Brought my CX5 to the FOUR times for the same infotainment issue. When it was brought back to me on the 4th time, the people in my car weren't wearing a mask and there was left over ice cream in my car. I called upset (because who does that???) and was offered a free detail to make up for it. They picked it up this morning (STILL not wearing a mask) and I just got it back to find A DENT IN MY DOOR FRAME. Of COURSE no one is answering the phone or calling me back. Stay away from this dealership.

RecommendedExcellent customer service. I was assisted right away, and the staff was very helpful and friendly. I planned on waiting in the customer lounge until my car was ready but the lounge was closed due to COVID. They quickly offered their shuttle services or calling me an Uber so I would not have to wait outside on a really windy day. I ended up using their shuttle and the driver too was very kind and personable. All in all, they moved quickly to accommodate my needs and make my car maintenance a breeze.
I've been trying to get a hold of the sales team or manager to purchase an extended warranty and they are NEVER available and have NOT returned my call.
