Went for my routine oil change . The service rider wouldn't take my free coupon. He told me it was $49 for a oil change. It took the manager to come over to tell him how to ring it up. The guy took my phone number and said he would call me when it's done. So went to breakfast with a Friend. No call in 3 hr. So I had to call. Very annoyed. Service rider was horrible. I have bought 5 cars from Munday Mazda. My sales person Jerrell Smart is not only a great salesman but also a good person. He makes sure you get the car you want. He calls me regularly to see how My family and I are doing. Also Manager James Jackson is there for you when you want to buy a car. My Mazda’s have always been in good working order, but for maintenance work, the service center does a fantastic job. You cannot go wrong with Munday Mazda.
