RecommendedCeCe was great. She took the time to explain the buying process and discussed all options which other sales personal failed to do. We were not pressured as other salesman at this dealer have done in the past. We literally walked out 2 months ago thanks to pushy sales tactics. Hiley needs more sales staff with people skills as CeCe posses. she will defiantly get all our future business.

RecommendedYes we totally recommend them. We have done business with Scherer for years. We previously had a Mazda now we take a Mini Cooper, that’s out of warranty, there for service. They’re always exceptionally professional and service is great. This time I liked the fact that I got a text message from the person working on our car and was able to correspond. They were quick to get it in and out.
This dealership has provided the worst customer time and time again. I tried to push past the passive aggressive sales guys to the over 2 hours for oil changes. You get no consideration as a customer from that place. Mazda is a great brand but stay far away from that shop if you can!
